Shipping:

We are making your item to order, so please allow us 1-2 days to make it, package and ship it to you.

ATTENTION Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will experience an additional delay.

If you have any special requests for shipping (as a gift, insurance, etc), contact us and we will do everything possible to accommodate you!

Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products we will offer a full refund:

* For the original purchase price, for any reason; up to 14 DAYS from time of purchase. 30 Days for international orders.

At this time we respectfully decline to cover the cost to return the product back to us.

When we say handcrafted, we mean it! Our batches are small, only a few at a time, carefully measuring and monitoring your lotions and balms for exact quality.

We have selected the finest quality ingredients, taking care to monitor for man-made chemicals and if the ingredients are organic and non-gmo. Additionally, we work hard to source locally as much as possible.

Please be aware that we use minimally processed ingredients, as such the consistency of the products will vary depending on your local environment and the raw nature of the ingredients themselves. Its kinda funny, because this is one way you can be sure that we are actually using minimally processed ingredients.

We felt that if we did this for others, we have to keep cost as low as possible and still maintain superior standards of quality. We have a vision of offering busy individuals and parents who want to do what is best for their families and themselves products that can fill that void. Not everyone has the time to worry about what they eat or rub on their skin, so that's who we were thinking of when we decided to go into business.
